  5. How long will it take to process my order?
    Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Orders usually ship within 1 or 2 business days after processing. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, we will notify you and they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.

  6. How do I return a defective item?
    Return policy and limited guarantee against defects. Due to the nature of the product line we will accept returns for clean, unused and defective products within 30 days of purchase only. You must contact us for approval prior to returning any products. You will be issued an RMA number and the return instructions. If you receive a defective product we will gladly replace it with the same item or an equally priced item. Some returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and an RMA number. Please send your item back in it's original packaging with a note stating your reason for the return, name, address, phone number and RMA number. Item(s) must be returned no later than 15 days after RMA# is issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
